Firebox announces same-day delivery

Service to be offered to all customers inside the M25
Etailer Firebox has signed up to the Royal Mail’s same day service for customers living within the M25.
The service allows users who order products before 2pm to receive their goods between 6pm and 9pm the same day.
Firebox currently offers a range of delivery options, including Royal Mail’s local collect service, which allows customers to have their goods delivered to their local post office if they know they will not be at home to receive them.
“The customer experience – whether that be through the items we sell or the way they trade with us – is central to do what we do and our success,” said Firebox’s managing director Christian Robinson.
“Giving our customers a range of delivery options means that they can order in confidence knowing that we will have a service that meets their specific needs.”
