UK system builder announces move after credit crunch constrains funds

Vadim Computers has become the latest victim of the Credit Crunch, with its parent firm V-Solutions announcing that the firm has entered into voluntary administration with immediate effect.

Blaming the current economic situation, owner Vadim Chobanu said that the firm had been forced to close its doors after it failed to find adequate funding.

"It is with great regret that I must inform you that V-Solutions...as from today has ceased trading and decided to enter into voluntary liquidation," Chobanu said in a statement posted on the firm's website.

"One of the reasons for this sudden action is the credit crunch that unfortunately hit the electronics and PC hardware industry hard."
