Distributor looks to grow by 30-40 per cent after strong year

Software vendor Interactive Ideas has revealed ambitious intentions to expand by 30 to 40 per cent in the coming year.

The company, which has been making strong progress in the field of value added distribution, has seen its corporate licensing business grow by 70 per cent since last year.

The UK company is now looking to improve its available services, possibly by acquiring further assets in Britain or abroad.

Mike Trup, director of Interactive Ideas said: “If we are going to make acquisitions, I think it will be in the service area.

We have potential targets in the UK and possibly in India”.

Network performance monitoring and green ‘web 2.0’ systems such as virtualisation and cloud computing have also boosted the firms growth.
