Firm looking to ensure continued high quality of employees
Apple has taken the proactive step to headhunt staff from other stores, as it looks to further ramp up its High Street presence worldwide, while maintaining the quality its stores are known for.
According to IFO Apple Store, the firm has given its recruiters 'enticement cards' to hand to employees of other retailers when they receive great service.
The cards, which read 'You're amazing. We should talk.', are, Apple hopes, the ideal way to recruit high quality staff.
As IFO Apple Store notes, at the current rate of store openings, the firm requires around 2,400 new staff every year and recruiters are under increasing pressure to maintain the high level of quality staff.
